Product Overview
This ring die is supplied according to the pellet mill model, original die dimensions and production requirements. Hole diameter, effective working width and compression ratio should be confirmed against the raw material and target pellet quality.
Selection & Customization
- Confirm machine brand, model and mounting dimensions.
- Specify raw material, pellet diameter and expected capacity.
- Provide a drawing, old-die photo or measured dimensions when available.
- Material and hole geometry are selected for the intended application.
Installation Notes
Isolate power before installation, clean the mounting surfaces, verify alignment and roller clearance, and follow the pellet mill manufacturer’s commissioning procedure. Final settings must be completed by qualified plant personnel.
